We offer discounted benefit packages through the Oregon Small Business Alliance (OSBA), which provides small businesses with the same services available to large employers. BCI Group is the managing agent for this non-profit trust. This program provides participating companies with the same purchasing power as a large firm through an association plan. You can choose from a variety of benefits plans with an extensive network of health care providers. OSBA is administered through Health Net.
