Burgerville has 39 restaurants throughout Oregon and Washington. Founded in the 1960s, the company is committed to developing people throughout their organization. Their belief is in the lasting and positive difference an individual can make when they are able to fully contribute. BCI Group helps to support Burgerville's employees by providing the company with comprehensive benefits, third-party administration, and consulting services since 2007. They were featured in the Wall Street Journal for their innovative benefits plans – and for offering health insurance for even part-time employees.
BCI Group serves as an integral party to the Burgerville Human Resources department. We provide ongoing employee education about the entire benefits picture and we are a fully integrated benefits administration service provider. We are dedicated and responsible for assisting Burgerville employees with their benefits, eligibility, enrollment, consolidated billing, execution of any changes, termination & cobra administration and we are the first responders to employee benefit questions that may arise.
BCI Group also supports Burgerville with comprehensive benefits programs and consulting. We ensure the timely completion and distribution of all reports, filings, and claims processing, as well as negotiating their benefits packages from a third party perspective. Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods produces more than 400 products, including a full line of certified gluten free products and an extensive line of certified organic products. BCI is honored to be one of this select group – we have been serving as an extension of Bob's Red Mill since 2003 providing business consulting, employee benefits, third-party administration, and retirement planning.
BCI Group has recently assisted the company in making several changes to their benefits lines to further enhance benefits and services to employees. With regular meetings and opportunities to help participants and employer/trustees, BCI integrates with the company at every level possible.
